Payment Schedule

50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation. The remaining amount is to be paid 7 days before arrival.

Security Deposit

A pre-authorization of $100 is held on arrival and voided 2 days after departure.

Cancellation Policy

  • 100% of paid prepayments are refundable when cancelled at least 30 days before arrival.
  • 50% of paid prepayments are refundable when cancelled 14 days before arrival or earlier.
  • No refunds if cancelled after.
